🥟 Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Make the Dough

 

In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and oil.

 

Add water gradually and knead into a soft, smooth dough.

 

Cover and rest for 10 minutes.

 

2. Prepare the Filling

Vegetable Filling

 

Heat oil in a pan.

 

Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute.

 

Add onion and cook until slightly soft.

 

Add cabbage & carrot; stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.

 

Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper.

 

Cook until veggies slightly soften but stay crunchy.

 

Chicken Filling

 

Heat oil, sauté garlic and ginger.

 

Add onion and cook until translucent.

 

Add minced chicken, cook until done.

3. Shape the Momos

 

Divide the dough into small balls.

 

Roll each into a thin circle.

 

Add 1 tbsp filling in the center.
