Quick & tasty long island iced tea recipe recipe!

Refreshing, citrusy, slightly fizzy, and sweet—very close to the classic vibe, just totally alcohol-free.

Ingredients (1 big glass)

½ cup (120 ml) strong black tea, cooled (Earl Grey or regular tea bag is fine)

¼ cup (60 ml) lemonade (or water + a squeeze of lemon + sugar)

2 tbsp orange juice

1–2 tsp simple syrup or sugar (to taste)

¼ cup (60 ml) cola (for color + sweetness)

Ice cubes

Lemon slice and lime wedge for garnish

Quick Instructions

Brew the tea

Make a small cup of strong black tea (use 1 tea bag in about ½ cup hot water).

Let it cool—or pop it in the fridge/freezer for a few minutes.

Fill your glass

Add ice cubes to a tall glass until it’s almost full.

Mix the base

In a separate jug or directly in the glass, add:

Cooled black tea

Lemonade

Orange juice

Simple syrup or sugar

Stir until everything is well mixed and the sugar is dissolved.

Top with cola

Gently pour the cola over the top.

Give it a light stir so it blends but keeps that nice deep “tea” color.

Garnish & serve

Add a lemon slice and a lime wedge on the rim.

Pop in a straw if you want café vibes.

Sip and enjoy your quick & tasty Long Island–style iced tea mocktail!

Optional Flavor Upgrades

Add a splash of lime juice for extra tang.

Use flavored tea (like peach or lemon black tea) for a twist.

Drop in a few mint leaves and gently mash them for a fresher taste.

Swap cola for sparkling water + a bit more syrup if you want it less sweet.
