Homemade zuchinis recipe dinner in minutes!

🥒 Ingredients

 

2 medium zucchinis, sliced into half-moons

 

1 tablespoon olive oil

 

1 tablespoon butter

 

3–4 garlic cloves, minced

 

½ teaspoon salt

 

¼ teaspoon black pepper

 

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

 

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

 

Optional add-ins: cherry tomatoes, cooked chicken, bacon bits, or mozzarella

 

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prep the zucchini

 

Slice into half-moons (not too thin—so they don’t get mushy).

 

2. Heat the pan

 

Add olive oil + butter over medium heat.

 

3. Add garlic

 

Sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

 

4. Cook the zucchini

 

Add slices to the pan.

Sprinkle salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Cook 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly golden.

 

5. Add cheese

 

Turn off the heat.

Stir in Parmesan so it melts into a creamy, savory coating.

 

6. Serve

 

Top with extra cheese or herbs and enjoy!
