1️⃣ Heat the oil

Pour about 2 inches of oil into a deep skillet or pot.

2️⃣ Mix the dry ingredients

In a medium bowl, whisk together:

3️⃣ Mix the wet ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together:

Milk

Eggs

Vanilla extract

4️⃣ Combine

Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.

The batter should be slightly thinner than pancake batter.

Transfer batter into:

A squeeze bottle,

Make it extra fun!

Chocolate or caramel drizzle

Strawberry sauce

Cinnamon sugar

Whipped cream

Ice cream

Nutella

💡 Tips for Perfect Funnel Cake

Batter too thick? Add a splash of milk.

Batter too runny? Add 1–2 tbsp flour.

Keep the oil hot — cool oil makes soggy cakes.

Don’t overcrowd the pan; fry one or two at a time.
