1️⃣ Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
2️⃣ Brown the Ground Beef
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon (about 5–7 minutes).
Drain excess fat if needed.
3️⃣ Build the Flavor
Add onion and cook until soft (3–4 minutes).
