4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp butter, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (milk, dark, or semi-sweet)

1 tbsp coconut oil or vegetable oil (optional, for smoother coating)

Optional toppings: sprinkles, crushed Oreos, white chocolate drizzle

🔪 Instructions

1. Crush the Oreos

Place Oreos (with filling) in a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs.

No processor? Seal in a bag and crush with a rolling pin.

2. Make the Cookie Dough

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Add crushed Oreos and mix until a thick dough forms.

3. Shape the Bites

Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.

Place on a lined tray and freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.

4. Coat in Chocolate

Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in short microwave bursts, stirring until smooth.

Dip each chilled ball in chocolate and place back on the tray.

5. Set & Decorate

Add toppings before chocolate hardens.

Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes until fully set.
